Enable Cheats
This game was a pain, so I made it where all the cheat options are enabled, or not.
It includes:
open levels
invincibility
credits (lame)
reward (bonus level)
turn on the big fat option, and there you go..
Oh yeah, the source is nasty, I could of probably done it a lot cleaner, but it works
so that should be good enough
